We are looking for a leading partner for our client in the areas of NVH, simulation and measurements, with innovative, customized engineering and simulation solutions for the

Vice President Sales (m/w/d)

Main tasks:

  • Strategic and operational responsibility and direct management of the Sales division.
  • Responsible for the development, planning and implementation of a global sales strategy.
  • Introduction and improvement of all global sales processes and methods.
  • Sustainable business development and profitable growth.
  • Initiating and implementing measures to acquire potential new customers, maintaining existing customers.
  • Trusting and constructive cooperation with the management.
  • Coaching, leadership and motivation of the entire sales department.

Experience/knowledge:

  • Management experience in various functions of a comparable task in B2B sales or preferably also from second line at team leader level.
  • Experience in analysing the market and competition in the automotive, off-highway and aviation sectors.
  • Market access and sound sales experience in automotive and other applications, in the segments: Engineering, Test Equipment and Components.
  • High level of creativity, entrepreneurial spirit and organisational skills.
  • Experience in negotiation methodology, as well as excellent negotiation skills with assertiveness, a strong goal-orientation and ‘finisher’ mentality.
  • Modern cooperative leadership style based on partnership.
  • Charismatic and inspiring personality.
  • High social competence, leadership qualities as well as a high level of motivation and empathy.
