Our client is the German subsidiary of a very successful US group of companies in the field of ‘equipment and accessories for the gardening, agricultural, farming and forestry industries’. The products are sold in all relevant trade channels and in more than 110 countries worldwide and are characterised by excellent quality.

Marketing Manager

Your responsibilities:

  • Regular market research and product range analyses
  • Nationally, you will be responsible for the entire product range to be marketed in Germany and Austria; Europe-wide, you will focus on a specific product range area
  • You will optimise the product range to be marketed, pricing and advertising campaigns to maximise market penetration of the individual product ranges for the respective retail formats and here also on a customer-specific basis
  • Together with the sales and marketing teams, you will develop national and Europe-wide trade marketing campaigns and implement them in a targeted and sustainable manner
  • You will develop go-to-market strategies for new products in line with the company's objectives

Your experience & knowledge:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field, or a comparable qualification - preferably a marketing specialist:In
  • You have a sound command of the marketing mix in the direction of the relevant trade customers (mass markets in the DIY environment and specialised trade) and, above all, have proven experience in the areas of trade marketing, preferably also in product management, market research and marketing services.
  • Your language skills in German and English (written and spoken) are fluent - another European language is an advantage
