Tasks / Main Responsibilities:

• Strategic development and operational management of Finance for HQ and Affiliates.
• Designing and leading M&A and IPO projects.
• Leadership of Finance, IT, Controlling, Procurement, and Shared Services.
• Managing cash flow, currencies, investments, and banking relationships.
• Overseeing auditors and tax consultants for the group.
• Developing a modular platform and infrastructure to support strong business and organizational growth.
• Building excellent and ambitious teams.

Experiences / Skills / Personality / Education:

• • Master's or PhD degree in Economics or a comparable field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record in finance, managing complex organizations, and (group) accounting.
  • Professional experience in a startup environment, management consulting, investment banking, or a similarly dynamic setting.
  • Experience in IPO projects is advantageous.
  • Top-notch strategic and analytical skills with a clear hands-on mentality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, initiative, flexibility, and high performance readiness.
  • Fluency in German and English.
