The responsibility:

• We are looking for a genuine entrepreneurial personality who has already proven that he or she has played a key role in the successful reorganisation of companies and has also successfully implemented this reorganisation with excellent results in the long term.
• A personality should be found who is associated with the company both externally and internally. The CEO is functionally responsible for sales, purchasing and finance.
• The development of sales markets, i.e. the profit-orientated acquisition of potential target customers and, of course, the profit-orientated development of existing customers are of essential importance.

Your track record:

• Several successful professional positions at management level in the manufacturing and highly competitive industry
• Of these, at least 5 years with responsibility as CEO / chairman of a management board and / or sole managing director
• The main focus was on sales responsibility and here in the marketing of ‘commodities’ via a multi-channel approach
• You have already successfully faced markets with major changes and mastered these challenges with suitable transformation and change management approaches
